What to do in KL

What can you do in KL...
Top stuff to do (day time):

1. Petronas Twin Tower & KL Suria (since you are already there).
Once the most tallest towers in the world, it is one of the most taken photographs in the world. Therefore, don't miss you opportunity to go up. While you are there, have a look around KL Suria for some food and shopping.

2.National mosque
An introduction to Islam. Open your mind to learn a little bit about the religion and how it was brought here to Malaysia.

3.Batu Caves
The greatest time for you to go is during Thaipusam. Just beware of pick pockets. This will be an eye opening to one of the most famous Indian festival.

4.Petaling Street
China Town. You may find fake goods here, souvenir tshirts, cds, bags and so much more. There are of course nearby hostels which are great for backpackers.

5. If you are already in Petaling Street, make time to walk to Central Market where local artists paints and handycrafts are made.

6. Kampung Bharu
If you have a 24 hour visit to KL then you should not miss Kampung Bharu. You still can find the old kampung houses there and where Malays still live in the area. They have the same kampung houses that is common in the rest of Malaysia. So it is worth going there to take photos. Do make time to try the local food once there.

Night time
It is time for you to chill and relax.Here are some spots frequent by locals alike:

1.Beach Club (Jalan P.Ramlee)
This is just next to KLCC. Its about 2 minute walk.
Clubs and dine.

2.Heritage Row (next to Sheraton)
Take monorail/cab/walk. Comprise of clubs, dining place.

3.Changkat Bukit Bintang
Walk from Bukit Bintang. Once was an old terrace houses area, now converted intro trendy restaurants and hang out.

4.Bangsar
Cab. Music, live bands or simply bar hop there.

5.KL Soho
Get there via cab. Weekends there is a flea market going on there.
